Order Your Test Service or Purchase In Store

Step 1


  • Online: Click on the MyHealthTest online shop and order your test service through our online payment gateway. If you are under 18 you will need your parent or guardian to purchase the service for you.
  • Once you have ordered your service you will be asked to create an account. By creating an account with our store, you will be able to view and track your orders, store multiple shipping addresses and subscribe to our newsletters. Your details are also needed for the creation of the test request form that will be sent to you with your sample collection kit.
  • A sample collection kit and the Test Request Form will be posted to you in the mail.

Step 1 Retail

  • In Store: Simply purchase the MyHealthTest test service from your local pharmacy or Diabetes Association. This contains everything you need to collect your sample and send it off to our lab.
  • If you are under 18 you will need your parent or guardian to complete and sign the Test Request Form for you.


Collect and Return Your Sample

  • Follow the simple instructions provided in your sample collection kit to collect your sample in the convenience of your own home. (See our Sample Collection page for more details.)
  • Return your sample and the completed and signed Test Request Form in the pre-paid envelope via regular mail.

Laboratory Processes Your Sample

  • Once your sample is received by the pathology laboratory, you will be sent an email notification informing you that your sample has been received and is now being processed.
  • The test results will be sent electronically (in a secure encrypted format) to our Test Results Portal and/or directly to you.
  • We completely respect your privacy and will handle your results with utmost confidentiality.


View Your Results

Step 5
  • When your test results are ready, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your information through your private online Test Results Portal. 
  • You are able to choose who you share your results with, you can share with multiple people such as healthcare providers, family members, or with no-one else, the choice is yours. 
  • Over time as you take more tests, your results will be collected together in tables and graphs. You will be able to see at a glance how your test levels are changing over time, making it easier for you to manage your health.
