William (Bill) Mobbs - Founder & Executive Chairman MBA, BSc, FAICD
Bill Mobbs is an entrepreneur with a passion for innovation and technology. Over his 30 plus years of experience in healthcare and technology he has won numerous awards and has authored over 20 families of patents.
Bill is the executive Chairman and Founder of ASX listed global medical device company ITL Limited, MyHealthTest Pty. Ltd. and Targeted Genomics Pty. Ltd. He is also a Director of not-for-profit organisations Hospital IP, ACT, NSW and QLD. Some of his previous roles include, Chairman of London AIM listed technology company Seeing Machines Limited and Admin Bandit Pty. Ltd., Director of Connexxtion Pty. Ltd. and industry representative to the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA).
Nick Cerneaz – General Manager BSc, BE (Sydney), D.Phil (Oxon), FIEAust, GAICD
Dr Nick Cerneaz has extensive experience in the development and commercialisation of new and advanced technologies, especially in the healthcare sector. From 2012 to 2014 Nick was Executive Director of The Warren Centre for Advanced Engineering – a not-for-profit social enterprise that aims to foster excellence and innovation in advanced engineering throughout Australia. Previous to his appointment at the Warren Centre, Dr Cerneaz was Chief Executive Officer of Seeing Machines Limited – a publically listed computer vision technology company creating a wide range of applications based on their core real-time face and facial feature tracking technology. He has previously held senior management and technology roles at CTI Molecular Imaging, Mirada Solutions Limited and Amcor Limited.
Belinda Whittle – Scientific and Laboratory Director BSc (Hons)
Prior to joining MyHealthTest Belinda Whittle gained over two decades experience in medical research at the Australian National University (ANU). Working with leading scientists on a diverse range of projects within the fields of genomics, genetics, immunology, and microbiology. Belinda has co-authored over 40 papers in scientific journals. In her most recent senior management role at the ANU, she led several scientific and support teams providing bioinformatics, genomics, phenomics and project management capabilities. Currently, she is an Honorary Professional Associate at the University of Canberra, having involvement in University award course and programs. Belinda has experience in accreditation processes and quality management, having successfully attained NATA certification for the MyHealthTest laboratory as well as for the research and development (R&D) program for the Australian Phenomics Facility at the ANU. She is Executive Manager and a founder of Targeted Genomics Pty Ltd and has experience offering a science technology consultancy service.
Marianne Gould – Marketing Director BVSc (USyd), MBA (AGSM UNSW)
Dr Marianne Gould is an experienced international healthcare marketer, with a focus on strategy and product development. Prior to joining MyHealthTest she has managed marketing portfolios with a range of global companies including Johnson & Johnson Medical, ResMed, Ventracor, Schering Plough and ITL Ltd.
Marianne also has a significant clinical background as a practicing veterinarian.
Prof Julia Potter - Pathology Advisor BMed Sc (UWA) 1st Class Hons, MB BS (UWA), PhD (ANU), FRCPA, FFSc (RCPA)
Julia is an eminent pathologist and brings strong pathology expertise to MyHealthTest. She is currently an Emeritus Professor at ANU, and has formerly served as Professor of Pathology (Foundation Chair) at the ANU Medical School and Honorary Professor of Pathology at the University of Sydney, Canberra Clinical School. Julia has been active on advisory committees to Government, and in the clinical, research and teaching fields. She is an author on over 130 published peer-reviewed articles.
Dr Paul Dugdale - Medical Advisor PhD, MA, MPH, MB.BS, FAFPHM
Paul has decades of executive experience in public health and health research. He is the Director of Chronic Disease Management for ACT Health, Associate Professor of Public Health at the ANU and Director of the ANU Centre for Health Stewardship. Paul is a former ACT Chief Health Officer, Medical Superintendent at Liverpool Hospital and Private Secretary to Federal Health Minister Neal Blewett.
Stephanie Norrell - Marketing and Sales Advisor
VP Global Sales & Marketing for ITL Corporation and oversees the sales of biological sampling devices into more than 40 countries. Stephanie has over 25 years experience in the health industry and is heavily involved in the development and launch of new products to the global healthcare market. Before joining ITL, Stephanie spent more than 15 years working for the American Red Cross in various roles including VP, Biomedical Manufacturing Operations and was instrumental in the development of a range of blood collection facilities and procedures. Stephanie began her career in the health sector as a Registered Nurse.
